What does Conference include?
The full conference package for parents includes the following:
- Friday afternoon session (3pm to 6pm), including meet & greet (drinks and nibbles provided)
- Full conference day Saturday (9am to 4pm, lunch provided)
- Conference dinner Saturday night (cash bar)
- AGM Sunday morning
We do request that all parents attend the AGM.
PVI will arrange and pay the following for parents:
• Return air fares (usually only for travel more than 3 hours each way)
• Accommodation at the conference venue Friday night and Saturday night. This includes breakfast Saturday and Sunday.
All other costs (e.g., airport transfers, Friday night dinner) are parents own.
What is the cost?
- Full conference package (Fri-Sun, including conference dinner): $300 single/$500 couple
- Friday 3pm to 6pm only: $100 per person
- Saturday 9am to 4pm only: $150 per person
- Conference dinner only: $75 per person
How do I pay?

You are welcome to pay in instalments – please email Rebekah and let her know the amounts and frequency. Payment (or an instalment agreement) is required to secure your space.
If you get disability services support, you may be able to claim back the conference fee – please email Rebekah for a receipt and/or more details.
